A personal plan for every new user, during sign-up
Many apps ask new users questions at sign-up: their goal, their level, how much time they have. A study of 1,460 sign-up flows found that the ones that work best show people a plan built from their answers. Most apps skip this because it takes developer time. Things people usually ask
Is this software I have to learn?
No. It is a service. We do the work and send you finished links. Later we may offer a version you can run yourself, but you will never need it.
What exactly do you need from me?
For Recap, your order list (date, customer, product, amount), your logo and the offer you want to give. For Plan Moment, your sign-up questions and a short description of how your plan should work. That is all.
How do I send the stories to my customers?
The way you already contact them: your email tool (Klaviyo, Mailchimp and others), WhatsApp, or SMS. We give you a list with each customer's personal link and a message to go with it.
Is my customer data safe?
Your file is processed on our own computer and is not sent to any AI service. Each story link is private and hidden from search engines. We delete your file once the work is delivered.
What if a customer only ordered once?
Their story is shorter and only shows what is true for them. Nobody is shown an awkward ranking or a number that looks bad.
Couldn't we build this ourselves with AI?
You could, and we use AI tools too. But getting every number right for thousands of customers, making the pages look good on every phone, checking them and measuring the results takes weeks. We have already done that work, so you get it in three days for less than a week of a developer's time.
What if I don't like the result?
